Prayers and Practices for this Time

We gathered together last week and the Thursday before to begin to create shared foundation of practice and perspective that could support and encourage us in the wake of the election.

I am grateful for the opportunities to be together

Love and blessings,

Rabbi Yael

Chanukah Light

The mystics teach that the flames we kindle on Chanukah reveal the original light from which all creation flowed. This light reaches toward us with love and calls us, in the face of chaos, desecration and turmoil, to continue to rise together and rededicate ourselves to our dreams, visions and values. It calls us to be people who will not be deterred, but with determination and devotion will continue to act to heal and mend this sacred and wounded world.
