Prayer and Intention in the Four Worlds

As the month of Shevat begins we will plant seeds of prayer and intention in each of the 4 worlds. Psalms, liturgy and teachings from the mystical tradition will guide us in exploring practices to help hold us steady, soften our hearts, deepen our awareness and bring calm into our systems.
