Morning Meditation Sit — Guide to the Days in Between — Rosh Hashana/ Yom Kippur 5780

Return to me, the Mystery calls, Return to me and I will return to you. (Zecaria 1:3)

Return to what you love and value,

Return to compassion and forgiveness,

Return to the awareness of the interconnection of all life,

I am waiting for you here.

As we go through these days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur,

May we move slowly and pause often.

May we notice beauty and generosity.

May we take opportunities to for kindness and connection.

And where there is hurt and pain, let us be courageous in asking for forgiveness and gracious and expansive in our willingness to forgive.

Love and Blessings to all,
