A practice for today: A 15 Second Pause for Beauty
Somewhere along our way today we pause and notice something beautiful.
Stopping, we gaze at the beauty, feeling the sensations in our bodies. For 15 seconds, with calm deep breaths, we notice and feel beauty.
Before we step forward and resume our activity we give thanks for stopping and for the restorative and healing power of Pausing for Beauty.
