Shabbat Ki Tissa

Out of the brokenness the Mystery calls out:
 
Take refuge in the cleft of a sheltering rock.
Rest your cheek upon its rough surface.
            I will pass by,
             Like shadow,
            Like a breath.
 
Be still and listen as I call out my name:
 
All Being, All Being, is Compassion and Graciousness,
Patience, Forbearance, Abounding in Love and Truth,
Expanding Kindness and Generosity through time and space,
Lifting up Guilt and Despair from the Depths of Misdeeds
And making us Free.
