Beresheet - We Begin Again

We begin again:
            Into the chaos came light.
An expanse spread over the waters
            And there was sky.

            Waters gathered and earth appeared.
            Vegetation sprang forth,
            Lights filled the heavens
And living creatures came to be.

            And then the Mystery said,
Let us make humans in our image, in the image of the earth, sky and waters.
Let us make humans in the image of the creatures of the land, sea and sky.
Let us fill humans with the breath of creation and give them the power to choose. (Genesis 1:27)

And human beings, in layered complexity came to be.

And from the depths of creation a question went forth,
The very first question ever put to humans:

Ayeka - Where are you?
             Where are you?

And the call continues each day:
            Where are you?
Where are you in this moment?
Where is your energy, your attention, your love?

And creation sings:
            Wherever you are,
            Take you place,
Stand into the power generated by the interdependent whole

You are needed,
You are necessary.

Take your place.
Stand strong,
Lean on each other,
Set your intentions and
Align yourselves for blessing, for goodness, for life.

Where are you?
Creation needs you,
You need each other.
Make a choice
Each day, each moment,
The possibility for so much healing, so much beauty awaits.

Love and blessings to all,
