Morning Meditation Sit 2018-03-29
In these last hours before Pesach begins, we continue to search out the chamaytz—the thoughts, stories, attitudes and habits that keep us from fully engaging with life.
With gentleness, we notice the anger, regret and shame we carry. With care, we acknowledge what causes our judgments to arise and where we are apt to be harsh or unkind.
As we search, we place upon our hearts the intention to replace judgment with curiosity, harshness with interest and shame, regret and anger with qualities that inspire love and forgiveness.
We will sit together tomorrow morning with these intentions as we prepare our hearts and souls for the Passover festival. Listen to the recording.
