Morning Meditation Sit — Come Toward What is Difficult
In this week’s Torah portion Bo, the Infinite Presence calls,

Step toward what is frightening and you will find me here.
Acknowledging the tendency to harden our hearts in anger, fear and pain, we focus on softening our hearts by opening to the Infinite Presence and feeling ourselves held in compassion and love.
