A Prayer for Standing at the Mountain

Dear Friends,

We have walked through the seven weeks of the Omer and have arrived at the edge of Shavuot.
As we stand at the mountain this year, may we be strengthened by the Infinite web that connects us all.
May we feel the encouragement of the ancestors and hear the prayers of future generations.

May the earth, water, trees and sky hold us with generous love.

And may all that is opened, all that is experienced as we step into the fiftieth day, be for abundant healing and blessing for earth and all beings.

Here is a prayer to offer as we step into Shavuot.

Much love

Rabbi Yael

A Prayer for Standing at the Mountain
Now, here I am, I have come.(Deut 26:10)

Here I am, with the first fruits of my soul,
With all that I have become during this Omer journey.
Here I am, open to receive the Torah that is mine to give.
Let it be written upon my heart and inscribed upon my soul.
Here I am, I have come, to reaffirm my covenant with all life,

To walk on earth with reverence and care,
To give myself to what is true
And offer my gifts for the benefit of all.

Let me be part of the great healing.
Let me be part of the great transformation.
Let Infinite love come through me,

So that justice, compassion and peace prevail.

Here I am, I have come. Here I am now.

Blessed are You, Infinite Presence, Source of All,
who has given us life, raised us up and brought us to this moment.
