He cried out to the One

            And the One showed him a tree.

May we listen to the truths the Earth is telling.

Do not be afraid. Stand and see the transformation that is possible.  

The Mystery calls: Come toward what is difficult,

What is painful or frightening—And I will be there.

Every part of the vegetable world is singing a song

And bringing forth a secret

Of the Divine Mystery of the creation. 

To be like a tree planted by streams of water,

Whose fruit comes in its time.

The heavens belong to the Mystery,

But the earth is given to humankind.
